The Santa Lucia is a 47 foot long turtle boat that was used in 1994 by Cuban refugees for migrating into the USA. It had been in for storage in a Naples boatyard until 1997 when artificial reef programs decided that it was to be scuttled at less than four miles west of Gordon Pass, Naples, but the ship decided otherwise and sank premature. It is a quiet dive site for experienced divers, with not many sights and visibilities that hardly exceed ten foot.
