The Princess Anne was a 350 feet long ferry that shuttled cars and passengers across Chesapeake Bay, Virginia. She sank in 1993 and is sixty feet wide and has a profile of about thirty feet. The ferry sits upright, has been broken in two and is extremely dangerous to penetrate. Experts say she can collapse any time which have resulted in quite a few diver fatalities already. Its wheelhouse has been separated from the rest and sits next to the hull. Inside you will find intact staircases and open rooms but be extremely careful. This is not for the untrained divers.

Today she rests at the ocean floor at less than two miles northeast of Palm Beach Inlet. Spadefish, sharks, jacks and barracuda's are some of the fish often seen here. Its current is often very strong which creates one of the best but also one of the most difficult dive sites in this region.
