North of Davis Reef at only a mile from San Jose is a large pile of rocks and timber which reminds us of the El Infante. Originally named Nuestra Senora de Balvaneda, the pieces of timber of this 60 gun Galleon are coming from its internal structure. Chances of finding coins are at its highest farther away from the wreck, which haven't been explored that well yet. Extensions of the reef make it possible to enjoy the beauties of fire coral, brain coral and tube sponges.
