The Ivory Coast Wreck or Ivory Wreck in short is named after some elephant tusks which were found in its cargo holds. Located in between Sombrero Reef and Delta Shoal, it is believed to be a slave ship bringing African slaves to the coasts of America. Other things on board that have been found are canon balls, foot cuffs and some cutlery. As she sank in 1853 not much is left of the wreck, but never the less some good snorkelling and diving can be done around the ship.
