Flower Gardens has vivid marine and coral life at its shoreward side and some pelagic and finger coral seawards.

A small ledge named Flower Gardens consists out of an inward and outward ledge drop. The inside drop is teeming with sponges, tropical fish and houses many juvenile animals, while the outside ledge is a bit deeper with some lost pelagic and strains of finger coral. She lays four miles south of the Palm Beach Inlet just offshore Central County and easily reached by dive boats. It is a shallow, easy and quiet dive site where some of the best encounters are still possible.
