San Remo is the name of a small section of the third reef line just three miles north of the Boca Raton Inlet. Octopus, squid, spotted eagle rays, bearded brotula and whale sharks have been seen at this dive site. It has many overhangs, small caves and crevices, all formed because of its small ledge that runs north to south. Diving here is very popular during the night and also drift divers often visit this part of the reef when currents are strong.
